We also offer Strength & Fitness classes for Women creating a safe space to feel empowered through movement. We further run our Girls in Motion Club for ages 10-14, where we focus on fun participation through games & activities. What truly sets us apart is that we welcome anyone of any ability, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can develop their abilities and create a positive relationship with physical activity.
We also offer daytime activities for adults with disabilities, addressing the challenge in Aberdeen of finding sport-specific sessions during the day.
